Providing Dessert Bars?
• Deliver them no later than two hours before the service start time (or the day before)
• Identify/Label your pan and note the event for which the bars are to be used.

Helping Set-up?
• Plan to arrive at the church kitchen 2 hours before the start of the service. If that time varies you will be notified via email a few days before the funeral.

Helping Serve or Cleanup?
• Plan to arrive at the church kitchen no later than 30 minutes after the service has started. If that time varies you will be notified via email a few days before the funeral.
